Wear comfortable clothes for stretching and relaxing your body and mind. All ability levels welcome. Recommended for youth and the young at heart. (Younger children must be accompanied by an adult)
Bring a mat, water, and any props you prefer. ( exercise bands, straps, a towel, block, cushion, seat pillow, or eye pillow)
When we are outside you might be more comfortable with a blanket or tarp under your mat.
Limited supply of yoga kits are available for use with activity so arrive early and/or consider purchasing one our sets that you can keep for $40
