Board of Directors Review, and adjust the Long Range Plan, to define the future of Hart Ranch.
1). Define/approve mission:
Hart Ranch Camping Resort Club is a membership resort dedicated to helping families make memories that will last through generations of family vacations. We will achieve this by providing a safe, fun, friendly environment where families can have the opportunity to participate in a variety of recreational, charitable and educational activities.
2). Review Financial balances in each account (handout will be provided)
3). Discuss funding sources for long-term projects
4). Identify long-term repair/replacement projects
5). Identify future development/expansion projects
6). Develop schedule for each project
