The meeting was conducted by Manager Tim Schnabel.
A motion was made by Johnson, second by Ripperda, to nominate each Board Member for the position that they were currently holding during the 2011-2012 year; and that the new Board Member, Bob McCormick, would fill the open seat of the Membership Secretary. The motion was approved unanimously:
The 2012-2013 Hart Ranch Camping Resort Officers are:
- President: Karen Ripperda
- Vice President: Harry Hixon
- Secretary: Vikki Day
- Treasurer: Matt Johnson
- Membership Secretary: Bob McCormick
Meeting dates for 2012-2013 were announced:
- August 24th and 25th, 2012
- November 9th and 10th, 2012
- February 7th, 8th and 9th, 2013
- June 21st and22nd, 2013 (2013 Annual Meeting)
